1. Go to http://www.parrotsoftware.com/psiss

You will see a screen similar to the following:

2. Click your mouse in the box that the arrow is pointing to.

3. Press the ESC key on your keyboard

You will see the following screen:

4. Fill in the form and choose the number of accounts option.  This represents the number of patients you normally track simultaneously. 

5. Click the Submit Information button.

You will be taken back to the Login screen as follows where you will now see a Multi-User Control Panel Option:

Before using the service, you will have to setup one Patient account.

6. To setup an account, click the Multi-User Control Panel.

You will see the following login window:

7. Enter the user name you chose and click the Login button.

You will see the following window:

8. Click on the link labeled ‘Click here to Add a User

You will see the following window:

9. Enter information about your patient and then click the Add User button.

10. Click the ‘Go to Home Page’ link and you will be taken to the following window:

10.  Click on the user’s name and you will see a list of categories with the programs available under each category.

11. Scroll through the list and click on the program you want to use.
