Helpful Hints |

1. You can now remove the Speaking Man from our programs by clicking this option on the Select a Lesson page. You should probably use this option if you have a slow dial-up connection because it will make our programs run faster. If you are a clinician or caregiver helping people who are using these programs, you may also want to silence the Talking Man so you can be the 'helping' voice. Also, some users are distracted by the talking voice and would benefit his from removal. |

2. Those who elect to use the talking Man should wait for him to finish what he is saying. This is sometimes difficult for people with brain injury. In addition to allowing the programs to perform normally, waiting for your turn can be very therapeutic. |

3. Periodically, you should select the 'Tell me which programs I should try now' option. It is a Communication Survey that will list programs you should try based on your answers to the survey questions. |

4. If you have suggestions for other users, you can submit then by using our feedback option on the main menu. We will post your comments here. |

|
5. If pictures are not clear, it means your screen resolution is not set properly. Call us and we will help you. |

6. Professional Treatment providers can sign-up for a Multi-User account.
