Click on the link of the program to download.

Click the Run or Open button (Windows XP uses the Run button and other MS operating systems use the Open button.

When the program is fully downloaded you will see a self-extractor.

Click the Unzip button.

Click OK

The Installation will start.  Follow installation instructions until the program is installed
